I found that ( more detailed ) infos : This is the complete work by John Lennon and The Beatles on the song Strawberry Fields Forever, from the first demos to the final releases. Santal Isabel Demos: John was residing in Santa Isabel, Spain, for the filming of How I Won The War. The first demos of Strawberry Fields Forever took shape there (the song was called It's Not Too Bad at that time). Kenwood Demos: after his return from Spain and before his return to the studios with the Beatles, John had some time to spend at his home at Kenwood. He used his private home studio to go on working on his demos. EMI sessions: The Beatles went back to the studios on November 24th.
