Somebody was asking about recordings from the "solo albums" tour. There are no known soundboard recordings, but this is the best audience recording that I have from this period. I would rate it "GOOD"...but not great. Still a good listen though. They only played the solo tunes on the first 10 shows of this tour, and in fact half of them were dropped after the first 5 or so shows. This one includes "Song of Innocence" and "Hold Out Your Hand/You By My Side" but drops a few that were on previous shows. If anyone has the TooleMan remaster of the 5-28-76 show, I would love to hear that one! The version I have has pretty marginal sound. |
