Note | Seemless Fix by Bill Tetzeli |
Source Info | Pre-FM > Master Reel > Dat > Sonic Solutions > CD Circulatd By David Gans |
Tech Note | Fixed version of SBD matrix source available on GDLive, seeded by dfinney@cts.com. The beginning of Terrapin on the original seed was faded out at the end of CD 1 and faded back in on CD 2 so as to make the show fit on 2 74 minute CDs. There was an overlap before and after the fades (thanks for the foresight, Finney) which allowed me to rejoin Terrapin into one track using Cool Edit 2000. I then rejoined and retracked the entire show in CE2K so that each set fits on a single CD (set 2 requires an 80 minute CD). I also made the SHNs seekable. There was also speculation that this was from Gans's DHH. Wharf Rat has not been edited for radio play, so I'm guessing not -- perhaps this is Gans's pre-FM SBD source?? Because of the intensity and clarity of the NFA chant, I'm guessing a Healy matrix instead of a straight board. Bill Tetzeli btet@adelphia.net 1/27/2006 |
