MSR>PCM>DAT>CD>EAC>WAV>SHN supplies Bertha through cut in The Other One (d4t04); MAC>R>R>CD>DAT>WAV>SHN supplies various patches and Johnny B. Goode (see below); MSR>C>DAT>CD>EAC>WAV>SHN supplies end of The Other One (d4t04) through end of set 2. EAC extraction, editing using Cool Edit Pro 2.0, and SHN encoding by Sean Cribbs. Shntool was used to verify/correct all track sector boundaries. Note on tracking: The tracking on the original main source discs seems to have been done on the fly; much of the between-song tuning occurs at the start of tracks and not at the end of tracks. I understand that this may annoy some folks, and someone may wish to re-track these discs at some point, however, I did not go out of my way to do so.
