The Hi8 master of this show was in really rough shape. There was too many dropouts to count and a lot of work went into the video in order to fix this. First, i had to transfer it to miniDV so that the dropouts would technically no longer be present on the tape (and hence able to be captured), but even still, the video reflected the dropouts at times. I tried a few different approaches with the audio, but nothing was successful due to the fact that the dropouts were happening randomly and thus causing very a very uneven tape stretching type effect. The method that eventually was chosen was to go through the video in real time, cutting out chunks of frames whenever the sync started to get off due to dropouts. What you will notice when watching this video is a few instances were you might be able to see the performers freeze (due to a dropout) or they will jump a few frames (due to one of the larger cuts made). The dropouts were the worst towards the beginnings of the tapes, so the beginning of each dvd is probably the most rough and will include the most noticeable cuts. All that being said, these shows are phenomenal. The Iron Horse only holds about 200 people and most of them stayed for both shows, so this is easily one of the phish side projects that got most overlooked simply due to the minimal number of performances played. I was happy to put in the extra work to make the final project watchable, and hope you all enjoy the show. -outpost 1st show Listos Tres - Todd Phillips Workin' on a Building/ Rubins Train Tears Doin' my Time - Jimmy Skinner Aint Love Funny Chaconne - Masefield Bewitched - Rogers and Hart Nigel - Doug Perkins Blue Bayou So What - Miles Davis Devils Dream Encore: Back Trackin' 2nd Show Dark Eyes - trad Sea of Regret - K & D Slous Red Haired Boy - trad Ballad for Trio - Masefield Billie's Bounce - Charlie Parker Ebeneezer Scrooge - Bill Monroe Grappa-Masefield Floppy Eared Mule/ Take Me Out AOK Half Creek *- Gordon Stone Little Maggie *- trad Everybody's Talking Air Mail Special - Benny Goodman Encore: 6 Blade Knife - Mark Knopfler * with special guest Gordon Stone on Banjo Grappa Boom is: Jamie Masefield (Jazz Mandolin Project) - Acoustic Mandolin, Mandola and Vocals Mike Gordon (Phish) - Electric Bass and Vocals Doug Perkins (Smoking Grass) - Acoustic Guitar and Vocals md5 checksums: 263bcae50cf023d2b5ad389fb1e080c0 *early/VIDEO_TS.BUP 263bcae50cf023d2b5ad389fb1e080c0 *early/VIDEO_TS.IFO afa74e2ab7e085c7220dd0dc1a687df4 *early/VIDEO_TS.VOB 02aa1b149171448528961330ce9b9375 *early/VTS_01_0.BUP 02aa1b149171448528961330ce9b9375 *early/VTS_01_0.IFO 3b9b8cda9d3cdd2ee1554ebaacc8f528 *early/VTS_01_0.VOB c4d9fd1af4a738d99aef612ccb1c93ed *early/VTS_01_1.VOB bf0ccf012ff6f5d345eeb216ce744d7b *early/VTS_01_2.VOB b012bb21d9c81bfd871b3b8e3e8147c8 *early/VTS_01_3.VOB 809fce502c3e3cfbdf6b12280264ffde *early/VTS_01_4.VOB 9e87e1606f76b0d24214cc18f8ed78e5 *early/VTS_01_5.VOB c85f483501a9c6bb65c13e5b0b5e3089 *late/VIDEO_TS.BUP c85f483501a9c6bb65c13e5b0b5e3089 *late/VIDEO_TS.IFO b14d3327d8919c211d4ac7d6f5658d23 *late/VIDEO_TS.VOB e8083f77f8981b1c7e03f44de54ae8cd *late/VTS_01_0.BUP e8083f77f8981b1c7e03f44de54ae8cd *late/VTS_01_0.IFO b1d6b927013e6a4858dea9de7b5d695d *late/VTS_01_0.VOB 99d8f3b7607cc27300513c75aedb0aa3 *late/VTS_01_1.VOB b75a337a46ea9698f241fe0b840cee43 *late/VTS_01_2.VOB 18b6b25a9b69de7de4be0578508d0e96 *late/VTS_01_3.VOB 562827648704d6314eda29bc2f104223 *late/VTS_01_4.VOB e35d9ff5d4212ce0f7396c1ffa23d3a1 *late/VTS_01_5.VOB
