| Tech Note | Grateful Dead Saturday July 17th, 1976 Orpheum Theater, San Francisco, CA SBD: Master Reel > DAT > CD Fix of shnid 243 This source contains the following fix - I smoothed out the splice in Eyes by crossfading it in Cool Edit Pro. The original splice had a one note repeat at the beginning (~2:39)and a ~2.5 sec repeat at the end (~3:18), very jarring. Because there was only a small overlap in the beginning the crossfade is still noticeable, but not nearly as jarring as hearing the repeats.
