| Note | Mike Watt & George Hurley. On cdr w/ CONTROLLERS, GEZA X, DOGS, RUNAWAYS & SKULLS. Each set about 13 minutes. About 1984 I stumbled on Bob Durkee of PEACE CORPSE in Pamona. We discovered we each had the biggest collection of MINUTEMEN live shows we'd run across, about 15 each. So I drove to his place with 1 or 2 double tape decks and all Saturday we just blazed through and copied each show the other guy didn't have and automatically doubled our collections. Just saw him again at the premier of their new documentary movie at the San Pedro Theatre. Packed house and Q&A after. Splendid. |
