Comment | Lineup: Kevin Burke, Andy Irvine, Gerry O'Beirne. Called Patrick Street, the band didn't form, as such, until the following year. Research suggests that this was recorded during the "Legends of Irish Music" tour, which was so well received it prompted them to get together full time. At the beginning of the show, the taper briefly says "Kevin Burke" + venue and date, so it would appear this may have been advertised as a Burke gig, plus others. Or at least she came along to see Burke. Jackie Daly does not appear to have performed. |
