Digital R3 Picture System enabled to reduce noise and stablize picture) -> Extract to Hard Disk, ReAuthor using Tmpg DVD Author 1.6 Was making a disc of this show for a friend who has asked for it and felt, well, why not share it with my like minded friends at EZT who might enjoy this. I personally never quite felt that strongly about the Gtr Trio as I feel for other bands that John was a part of, but this particular show does catch my attention and I love how the trio plays with each other. Somehow there is more maturity in the playing than I feel from the 1980 shows, but maybe thats just me! I esp. love John's playing on the first 5 minutes with his solo performance. BTW, This show was broadcast in two parts and both are included here. Anyhow 'nuff babbling - this one is dedicated to all you guitar players out there! Rajiv http://www.remembershakti.com NOTE: You will notice that there is a PAL to NTSC conversion step which in hindsight is a pity, but back then I did not have a DVD recorder and so I had to take the PAL tape and make a copy for myself and I lacked 2 PAL VCR's or else the conversion loss may have been reduced Chapter break excuse: Once again, adding chapter points at the right locations was a pain for many reasons, but mainly because I got lazy. For now, I simply added a chapter point every 5 minutes. |
