Tech NoteThe original audience master cassettes (4 Ampex C361-90) were recorded on a Sony TC124 with unknown dynamic mics, spread approx. 25-30 ft. across the balcony, by Ken & Judy Lee,. The cassette tape was baked and re-shelled, then transfered via Tascam 122 MK-III > Lucid ADA1000 > Tascam DA30-II (DAT) > Tascam CDRW 700 (CDR) by John Jay Hance. Editing by Peter G. via Soundforge. No noise reduction was applied. Audio extraction and further editing via Peak 4.0, compressed to .shn with xACT 1.3, and seeded by BoldCaptain via Azureus 2.1. Tape flutter in Baby Blue, and in Truckin'. Tape flip in Dancin' In The Streets was was seemlessly pieced together.
