J-Card Comment | Title: Confront Your Demons DJ: The Chemical Brothers (Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons) Description: UK/Europe Promo Radio Mix CD Record Label: Freestyle Dust / Virgin Records (UK/Europe) Catalog Number: DEMON1 Originally Released on 28th July 2003 Lineage: Cornerstone Player CD 2 > Exact Audio Copy V0.95 prebeta 5 (ripped with a NEC ND-6100A) > WAV > FLAC frontend Version 1.7.1 Etree Edition (FLAC level 6) Mix History / Background: There are TWO editions of the extremely rare Confront Your Demons Mix. The Official promo is a part of the 'Cornerstone Player 046' Promo issue. The other edition is a Virgin internal CD-R promo (with a CD case slip). Cornerstone is a marketing company that distributes promotional material for companies. In issue #46 (appears 046 on the promo) two CD's and one DVD was issued. One of the CD's contains the Confront Your Demons mix that you are about to hear. The only difference between the two mixes is that the Cornerstone Player promo is split into 6 tracks while the CD-R promo is one continuous track. If you're a collector and trying to obtain a hard copy of this I would recommend searching on ebay: concerstone 46 This is how I came across my copy. Tracklisting: Track 01: Automat "Rise" Las Ninos Del Parque "Liaisons Dangereus" Shriekback "My Spine Is The Bassline" The Chemical Brothers "Get Yourself High" Track 02: David Bowie "Fashion" Metro Area "Miura" Outhud "Unknown" Mathew Jonson "Typerope" DK "The Difference" Angola "Angola" (Carl Craig Mix) Track 03: The Chemical Brothers "The Golden Path" (Insturmental) The Chemical Brothers "Delta FX" ** Melo Da Quica "Azimuth" Cardinal Official "Belly Dancer" Track 04: The Deadly Avenger "Day One" (FSOL Remix) MAW "Electronic" (Todd Terry Remix) Arpadys "Stone Roller" Beige GT "Knights Of The Jaguar" The Chemical Brothers "Nude Night" Track 05: Sender "Loops" Conic Cylinder "99.9" Ernst Vibeg "Night Life" DJ Shorty "Lawnmower" Track 06: The Chemical Brothers "Under The Influence Mix 2" Jimi Hendrix "Peace In The Mississippi" Curtis Mayfield "Move On Up" ** This is not an actual song that The Chemical Brothers have ever published and it seems to be just a section of the mix that Cornerstone Chose to dub as "Delta FX".
