| Note | "Blown Away" silver. This compilation unfortunately doesn't feature any complete sets, but for individual recordings, it has some great stuff on it. There are some strange edits though, like the first version of Bombtrack, which clocks in at 2:23 because so many sections of the songs are removed. In general, the swearing is edited out by removing the entire line the f-bomb appears in, which in some cases means taking out an entire measure of the song. This is on the silver, so I'm assuming that's how these tracks were broadcast. They're edited well, but if you know the tunes, it's definitely distracting. All tracks but one are excellent soundboard recordings (A/A- range), and Wind Below is a strong B+. This is definitely only for completists, but if you're a serious fan, this disc is worth having for the professional recording of Producer, nothing else. |
