Encore d3t08 - Casey Jones Jay's Notes: Digitally Remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by jashley@deadacated.com. Completed on November 9, 2005. I don't know where I got this show, and unfortunately, there was no text file with it. It does appear to be from the same source as the one on archive.org. The source on archive is listed as a cassette master. Spectral analysis cleary reveals two analog generations, making this, most likely, a cassette master>>cassette rather than a cassette master source. There were many rough trasitions between songs, most apparently from the stopping and starting of a tape machine. Most of these transitions were edited to make them less harsh. Bertha Remaster of the Master Cassette/Cassette source SBD > MC > CASS > DAT > CDA > DAW(Bertha) > Audio DVD > DVD Audio Extractor v.3.3.2 (audio files extracted prior to burning to DVD disc) > 24/48 wav > downsampled to 44.1 wav with Wave Lab v.5.00a > dithered to from 24-16 bit depth with Wave Lab UV22 HR Plugin > SBEs fixed with shntool v.2.0.3 (by set) > files rennamed with File Renamer v.1.0.0 > FLAC encoding with FLAC Frontend v.1.7.1 Etree Edition, FLAC v.1.1.2 (audio DVD extraction through FLAC encoding by Gary F. (2 discs .flac/3 discs audio) |
