Reference :OBS-204 Date :1981 Made In :USA Quality :Poor-Ex Booklet & packaging :B/W jacket Total duration: 42:56 The 1st issue of this LP was in 1979 by Ruthless Rhymes label, which had an extra track on the end of side 2 "Hi Hi Hi/C Moon", a Wings radio ad. When it was reissued in this limited edition of 1000, it came with a white label and the words "JPGR Remime" on the spine, and the Wings ad was missing (but just on the sleeve notes!) Beatles tracks but also, John, Paul, George and Ringo. An interesting collection of Beatles and solo tracks; some of which probably haven't got much to do with them (see for instance the mysterious "Peace of Mind"). Sleeve notes are often misleading and erroneous. The quality of the recordings is far from exceptional, with the only exception of the Paul/Donovan tracks from the Postcard Sessions (Blackbird & Heather). |
