Note | This was a benefit show the band played 3 months prior to the release of Siamese Dream. I imagine the band had just finished the album, as it was recorded in Triclops Studios, also in Atlanta. Very cool show, rarities such as Hello Kitty Kat and Frail and Bedazzled are played.
There is also some funny banter from Billy "whatever you hit me in the face with.. that's being donated to charity too!" and "this song is dedicated to assholes like you, I hope you fucking die!" If anyone has a better copy or can remove the awful hiss, please do and put it on the hub! It's really great to hear the band right before they got "big", I love Soma and Drown here. On an interesting note, this may be the only show during the 1993-1994 era that Today was not played (unless by some strange reason it was an encore, but all copies of this show apparently have Silverfuck cut after a few seconds; see spfc.org) Enjoy. |
