Also, it was a very hot evening and the windows were open - so you can hear the occasional seagull and traffic noise drifting in. This show was part of the International Guitar Festival and was held in an ornate Georgian building. Kelly Joe was sat on a raised makeshift platform which he used to great effect as a stomp box - I'm pleased with the fact that his exaggerated foot stomping was captured on this recording. The original recording is very quiet so I amplified it using Audacity. The results are not perfect - with some volume fluctuations during the applause between songs.
