| Comment | This was one of the largest audiences the flying luttenbachers ever played to: 800 people.
All four bands that evening were paid the same insultingly low fee for this huge show and told that due to "overhead" there would be no "bonuses". A few months later the metro called the luttenbachers to see if they would be interested in opening for helmet. ww replied that for 1000 dollars they would (which was an insultingly high fee). There was a long, irritated silence on the other end of the phone. The flying luttenbachers would never play the cabaret metro again. FLs played third out of fourth that night. the rest of the line-up featured headliners Math (featuring the future mr. quintron, michael colligan and jodie mecanic of monotrona/duotron infamy), Wiseacre, and the Scissor Girls. |
