Mississippi Nights St. Louis, MO 03/30/1992 Source: Unknown Aud (see note) > DAT(Cass?) > Cass/x(DAT?) > CD > EAC > Mastering > FLAC Mastered, tracked, and FLAC16 by Marmar- imthemarmar@gmail.com Flaws noted by Bruloup Thanks to Alec Swenson for the source discs. *Source note* This sounds suprisingly similar to the rig used for 3-21-92 at the Chestnut Caberet. It has the same frequency response pattern, and the phase is identical to whatever rig was used for this entry in the db.etree- http://db.etree.org/shninfo_detail.php?shnid=27791 Disc 1: Set 1 01. The Landlady# 02. Llama 03. Foam 04. Guelah Papyrus 05. Sparkle 06. Maze 07. I Didn't Know 08. All Things Reconsidered 09. The Sloth 10. Runaway Jim 11. Cavern Disc 2: Set 2 01. Golgi Apparatus 02. Bouncing Around the Room 03. Tweezer Reprise ENCORES: 04. Sleeping Monkey 05. Oh Kee Pa Ceremony > 06. Suzie Greenberg *Show Notes* The vocal jam in YEM was based loosely on the song Rock On and was followed by a Bag-Vac solo from Fishman. BBFCFM included a Follow the Yellow Brick Road tease and was dedicated to hockey player Brett Hull, who, at that time, played for the St. Louis Blues. After Cracklin' Rosie, Trey remarked that the entire Blues hockey team was guest listed for the show and that he was glad to see one of them, Roger Halloway, in attendance. I Didn't Know featured Fishman on vacuum. *Mastering* The first set was slighly off balance by about .5db....this was corrected shifting the pan to the left by .5db....The low end was tightened up with a combination of the Rbass and BBE units. The resulting output was passed to the L3Multi, and dithered back to 16bit/Type1/Ultra before tracking and FLAC encoding. #durring the first few minutes of the song the taper is getting situated. There are some balance and volume adjustments durring this time. ##there was a tape flip here while in the analog realm. There was plenty of overlap between the songs to seamlessly slipce it back together. *Flaws* Foam: 0:29/1:49 Golgi 3:48/4:26 Mound 1:01/1:44/2:48 Yem 7:45-:47/13:10/15:08/15:13/17:12-:18 BBFCFM 2:15/3:21 HYHU>ROSIE 4:06 Bouncin 1:57 ph1992-03-30d1t01.flac:925b1344e4b34ae1fa02e4f6d1d46b0c ph1992-03-30d1t02.flac:c3cd96377fbb66b3e6beb946a6728cb1 ph1992-03-30d1t03.flac:83b849ff360d5c1b073288955a5ebf66 ph1992-03-30d1t04.flac:b303e585d97070461df3dad399ed33a1 ph1992-03-30d1t05.flac:61ba4dfbe010382a3985f5c0b39c0e91 ph1992-03-30d1t06.flac:4b409cf8dadf2d4a92011baefdf71709 ph1992-03-30d1t07.flac:63440d61157f120193812e88611c1735 ph1992-03-30d1t08.flac:da01dec6b58029874361a57f450ba8de ph1992-03-30d1t09.flac:dfc0e6cd91cec8112baf82cb5b259eee ph1992-03-30d1t10.flac:26e1efbb4223d261feb231f99f97a1c8 ph1992-03-30d1t11.flac:7f44d528533a851e79fca356226b8037 ph1992-03-30d2t01.flac:d917a22ab1b2e829daa8931f609329b4 ph1992-03-30d2t02.flac:b13431c73cf5e3ea5e9f70ad8471f832 ph1992-03-30d2t03.flac:9ebf36a430f83fc7fa24c0137d62da7c ph1992-03-30d2t04.flac:ba2d37cb1f3a563cd7dd0b66e28337b8 ph1992-03-30d2t05.flac:e5421691e795ae14a7694247875f9e32 ph1992-03-30d2t06.flac:e7b9033cf640aff66c1f0bd7044f6c52 ph1992-03-30d2t07.flac:41cae54608823e32da5f252404c88333 ph1992-03-30d2t08.flac:3bfbf85e8277710c68327702a62d89c3 ph1992-03-30d2t09.flac:a31e733f579ed10d5f7792ff9ccc88a3 ph1992-03-30d3t01.flac:1783086b460fb0730881847e5a98e6df ph1992-03-30d3t02.flac:4399939a28fd0c411741c4f6cfbdefcc ph1992-03-30d3t03.flac:a6bcc70451e4d6258fe08e70681dec61 ph1992-03-30d3t04.flac:7a1eea5ec4e6a93644a2d0ee6e76ed16 ph1992-03-30d3t05.flac:87909a3cff20550e1b0bd8d478a9f683 ph1992-03-30d3t06.flac:4388a20a046c4932ce1a95e1f407427b |
