TECHNICAL:
Originally taped on a 90 minute analog cassette (you can tell by
the cassette noises and tape flip at 45 minutes) the sound quality
rates 7/10 with some issues:
-left channel level is a touch lower in gain than the right
-some analog overloading in places
-taper adjustslevels during the first track
-overall the levels are somewhat low
I played with smoothing out the early level changes and boosting
the gain but was not happy with the results so I left well enough
alone.

SHOW:
Amusing comments between songs about the first visit to Japan.
The intro to Kangaroo includes a brief bit of singing in the style
of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan which segues into a more typical intro
Jeff would do for the song with they lyrics "You call me a cheater,
call me a liar, etc." The brief bit of Star-Spangled Banner spoofs
the Jimi Hendrix version the same way Jeff was fond of lampooning
classic rock heroes like Led Zeppelin. You can hear him give out
roses to the audience when they come back on for the encore.
