Note | Great sound on this :) track 13 is My Insect Life, and track 2 is split in half with the first song being "All The Landslides Birds Have Seen Since The Beginning Of The World" and a new song around 3:10... (Kaki King 6-10-2004 & 6-19-2004 share the same disc) |

Tech Note | This is the best recording I have made of Kaki King. This was actually the day Ray Charles died. She opened with Georgia in tribute to him and then let the audience know he had passed. You can tell from the crowd reaction that it was not widely known. It's an interesting little segment. She talks a lot about her new album that was released in 2004, "Legs to Make Us Longer". So she talks about how she got signed and the man that got her a deal with Sony Epic. "Gwot" stands for Global War on Terrorism - Kaki's only protest song ;) |
