produced by T. Wiley. Set 1 patches at 00:00-00:41, 41:47-42:10,
1:06:16-1:06:49; Set 2 patches at 51:11-52:19, 1:14:14-1:15:55,
1:27:20-1:27:38, 1:41:15-1:42:17.
-There was a cut in the source DVD near the end of Stella Blue,
and I fixed it by removing one measure (~4 sec) at 1:32:30.
-Audio editing, synchronization and authoring by MattMan (mlcole@wayne.edu)
using Adobe Audition to compress/expand the audio in multitrack mode
to match the original audio, and TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6.
