Even though they had similar schedules for 2005 European tours, this was the only night they performed in the same venue. After Europe, Kevn did join Sarah and Johnny for a tour across the USA. This is Kevn's last show on his 2005 European tour with his backing band S.T.A.R. who joined Sarah Lee and Johnny for subsequent dates. Bryan Howard (bassist) and Dave V. Johnson (drummer) performed through most of Kevn's set and then did all of Sarah and Johnny's. Kevn still is suffering from a cold acquired in Holland. Kevn's European tour continues the next night with a show at "Morden Tower" in Newcastle, and this show is also available (for free) on DVD--just ask! The show was taped on a Sony DCR-PC101 recording to tape in LP mode. The camera was mounted on a "The Pod" beanbag mount at the extreme right side of the front row of bar seats closest to the stage. Sarah Lee Guthrie makes three cameos: at 3:20, she arrives at The Borderline and walks in front of the stage; at 3:35, she places one of her capos on the stage for Kevn to borrow for the night; and finally at 41:52, she comes out to watch the tail end of Kevn's set.
