The disc I received originally had almost all the tracks not marked on sector boundaries. So I EAC'd the show as one huge .wav file and went in with CoolEdit and removed all the clicks I heard. Totally retracked it in CDWav. Then I opened up SoundForge 4.5 and added fade-in/out at the beginning and end of the show.
