Note | A crude audience recording with various imbalances in the instrument volume levels, but a great listen for people who are fans of Zappa's large ensemble orchestrations which cross rock with fusion, big band jazz and avant-garde classicism. Interesting note: Jim Gordon plays drums. Zappa comments at one point that "this is the song that kept us out of Royal Albert Hall." before playing "Penis Dimension." That song, along with "Bwana Dik" were seized on by British authorities as scandalously offensive enough to bring about a legally doomed indecency trial. |
