| Note | w/the Dutch Metropole Orchestra, which provides a very interesting context for Stern's playing. At times the orchestra provides him with a kind of big band sound, and other times it backs him with a more typical, classical orchestral sound. In either case, in this setting Stern's playing really shines. Wonderful stuff. |
