Tech Note | Classic live set taken from the midst of EC's meteoric rise. This might be the official Rhino release, since it lacks EC's comment before "The Beat" about how they've come from England to ask for the country back. Pity they couldn't have also removed The Amazingly Irritating Screaming Man from the audience as well. Great performance from the band - just listen to them ratchet up the tension on "Lipstick Vogue", for instance. Martin Belmont (gtr) sits in on final track. |
