Comment | Yes, this is the notorious Charles Manson. The recordings on this album were made prior to the Tate-Labianca murders. It contains 14 original songs in an acid hippie folk vein. The music mainly consists of Manson singing and playing guitar. On some tracks he's accompanied by sitar, tamboura, violin, strange percussion, electric guitar & voices. The liner notes to this now rare album give no indication of who the other musicians were. |
