I used WaveLab to crossfade the crowd noise so you don't even hear the cut. Instead of Bruce being offstage for about 70 seconds (in reality), he comes back for the encore in half that time on the cd. Notes: A really nice and very recent Hornsby show...I was sitting on the left side, not far from the stage, but definitely not where I would consider the "sweet spot"to be. Despite the acoustical shortcomings of the venue (my seat?), the Schoeps did their part...a bit echoey, but the solid clarity you'd expect from this rig. Bruce was in fine form, with a great band for this '04 tour. Catch him live if you can! In the meantime, enjoy this one. Tim |
