I do know it has no analog lineage and has only one or two DAE's (I don't know if my discs were burned from the original wav. files or not) I used EAC with error correction, and converted to shn using mkw/act. converted to shn by Matt W. gtrmatt@peoplepc.com here is the original message (typos and all) sent by the Hungarian taper: Hello trader I have a King Crimson recording what I taped back in June 19 1996 in Budapest, Hungary using Sony DAT recorder, The end of the 21st Century.... and the beginning of the Elephant talk is missing I had to change battery :-((() and there is some mice noise in the beginning of the first track. Otherwise the quality is A-. Please let me know if your are interested. I believe this is the only recording form the show so it is rare.
