Really nice MD recording. Very stage-focused, clear, and little crowd interference. MJ's voice and Danny's drums are way out front in the mix. The recording is just a bit loud (as most MD recordings are), and picks up some venue echo, but other than that - very good. Aenema is super-punchy and inspiring. Flaws common to the master: Disc 1 Track Transition: 3-4 (slight pop) Track 1: Two large cuts (the first 2 minutes of the Grudge is cut, and one again at 2:19). 4:37 - skip. A few other small pops & volume variations due to taper adjusting recording settings. Track 3: 6:43 - small skip Track 5: 4:49 - skip Track 7: 6:04, 7:54 - digi-glitches Disc Two Track Transition: 1-2 (static) Track 4: 1:36 - small cut Track 6: 8:11 - skip |
