Tech Note | Grateful Dead Beacon Theater New York, NY 6/14/76 S:MR>PCM>DAT>CD>EAC>SHN Note: U.S. Blues appears in its entirety at the end of disc 2, and in an abbreviated form at the end of disc 3. I don't know why this is, but I'm guessing it's because if the entire U.S. Blues were on disc 3, the disc would be longer than 74 minutes. So, if I were respinning this myself, I'd eliminate d3t8 and just put d2t6 in its place. It would be greater than a 74 minute disc, but would definitely fit on an 80. Regardless, I present to you here the show exactly in the form I received it. Note: This shn set was modified by replacing the incomplete encore at end of disk 3 with the complete encore (previously on end of disk 2) and removing it from end disk 2 Set 1 / Disc 1: Cold Rain Mama Tried banter Row Jimmy Cassidy Brown-eyed Women Big River Might As Well Lazy Lightning > Supplication Tennessee Jed Disc 2: Playin' In The Band Set 2: The Wheel Samson & Delilah High Time The Music Never Stopped [Removed] ENCORE: U.S. Blues (complete) Disc 3: Crazy Fingers > Drums > Dancin' In The Street > Cosmic Charlie Help on the Way > Slipknot! > Franklin's Tower Around & Around ENCORE: U.S. Blues (complete) EAC>SHN by David Hollister (david.hollister@cox.net) Enjoy! |
