NoteThis is the first show after the death of Anne Matthews. Dave starts the night off talking about his recent return from South Africa and then dedicates the show to his late sister. Dave is a very private person when discussing his family so for him publicly address Anne?s death on this night makes this show even more special. The first song played, ?Tripping Billies,? was depressing in retrospect to Dave?s horrible loss. ?Eat, drink, and be merry for tomorrow you die? never felt so haunting. One can only wonder how Dave was able to be his usual jubilant & comedic self throughout the entire show, extremely prevalent on ?Satellitte.?
