CommentIn late November 1999 Michelle Shocked and guitarist Fiachna O'Braonain(of the Hothouse Flowers) set out to write a song a day for a month. The resulting mixture of blues, reggae, punk, gospel and folk-rock songs with her new band, the Philosopher Kings, was auditioned live at the end of December.
