The equipment used to make this recording was a SS DSM-3 mic into a Sony D3 DAT. The quality of this recording is outstanding. Every instrument comes out crystal clear (although the guitar is somewhat distant), and has a very "live" sound to it (as if you were actually there). Kurt's distortion pedal was somewhat low, and you can hear a "banjo" effect as a result. The Breed solo is great, and this has the best intro the School you'll ever hear. If you're new to live Nirvana, you should download this, you won't be disappointed. |
