Comment | Uriah Heap opened. - From a local review: "Watching Kiss is sort of fun. Their outlandish outfits and made-up faces make them look more humorous than evil. My favorite is Gene Simmons, the fire-breathing bass player whose tongue rolls out about a foot or so. He squats at stage right and flutters out his tongue in what is supposed to be a suggestive manner at little girls. He looks like a retarded frog. Kiss music is awful. The lyrics of the songs on all their albums could be printed with this type and might fill up a postage stamp" (Ron LaRoche, Terra Haute Spectator, 2/5/77). |
