| Note | Very interesting recording. You have to love the presence on the cardioid mics. All instruments, all crowd roars, everything is HUGE on this recording. Excellent clarity, and I'm not sure I've heard a recording from the Lateralus tour pick up Maynard's voice better than this does. Stunning.
It is loud, and does distort just slightly as a result - the only real downside to this recording. Tool brings a heavy set for the European Oz fans. Nice stuff. Tech Notes: Mastered with static/ticks in the track transitions |
