Comment | Besides the name 'Mark Knopfler And Friends', the band was made for first part of The Notting Hillbllies (Brendan Crocker, Steve Philips, Marcus Cliffe, Bobby Valentino, Guy Fletcher, Danny Cummings), then came on stage severals Dire Straits member for a remake of On The Night : John Ilsley on bass, Chris White on sax, Geraint Watkins (member of the 2001 tour band) , Robbie McIntosh (Paul Mc Cartney's guitarist) with still Danny Cummings and Guy Fletcher on stage. Jimmy Nail was invited for the backing vocals of Mark new song 'Why Aye Man' (see below).
