Unknown 06:58 I don't know what people seem to be so confused about regarding the source of material on this recording. The first three tracks on Disc 1 are with synthesizers. Starting with track 4 on Disc 1 another show begins, possibly from the same night or a much earlier date, played entirely on acoustic piano in a very uptempo New Orleans sounding style. This show continues onto Disc 2 and has no extra filler material on my second disc. This is what I know and I'm not going to try to guess where the 2nd set comes from. Sound quality is very good throughout both sets so I'd definately recommend this one to any jazz fan. |
