Videos moved, spliced, diced, glued, stretched, and compressed to sync exactly with audio
(audio not modified in any way except fades) with Sonic Foundry Vegas Video 3.0.
Vegas rendered as MJPEG (highest quality settings) and uncompressed audio.
Finally, the MPEG-1 VCD was rendered with TMPGenc, with tooLAME doing the sound.
