Tech NoteThere were multiple changes on the V2, causing jumps in the volume throughout the first two tracks on the master. Most of these fixes are flawless, but these are the (barely) noticebale ones: Disc 1 Track 1-2:27...A pop resulted from the fixing of the V2 change. I decided to cut the pop out. If you pay very closse attention, you might hear the jump. It is barely noticeable. The pop was quite loud and intrusive. Track 2-0:05...The V2 change, a 5 db decrease, was left untouched to provide adequate volume for the first track. Track 2-1:46...A very soft click resulted from the V2 change (the last change made on the V2). Disc 2 Bill McKay was dropping obscene bass bombs with his Hammond during Evil Clown. The DAT clones of this source were circulated with two cuts in the song, so nobody would blow their speakers when listening to it at a loud level. We had neither the tools nor the skills to fix it at the time. I isolated three sections of tape in Samplitude and reduced their volume by 6 db (The last section was originally left untouched). They are at the following places: Track 8-2:30->2:32 Track 8-3:17->3:22 Track 8-8:16->8:17
