| Note | The only Dominoes concert joined by Duane Allman. Filler from Lyceum Theater 10/11/70: Keep On Growing & Bell Bottom Blues and the Johnny Cash TV show 11/5/70: It's Too Late, Got To Get Better In A Little While, Matchbox, Matchbox #2, Matchbox #3, Blues Power. Sound quality is poor but best of the 3 versions available. Only 2 tapes of this show have surfaced, this one (Soulmates), a rawer recording, subject to a lot of crowd noise and poor seats/acoustics but a compleat recording; and 1 other tape resulting in 2 boots (Live in Tampa & Soulmates 2), less crowd noise and better acoustics but inferior equipment, more tape hiss (soulmates 2 has been remastered and has less tape hiss)and incomplete, the taper either shut off the deck between songs or the tape was edited severely. Soulmates is regarded as the best of the 3 recordings. |
