| Note | Jerry Garcia played only one night of shows on a
scheduled solo tour in the Spring of 1982. After doing an early and late show on April 10 at the Capitol Theatre in dismal Passaic, NJ, he found the experience so unnerving that he called in John Kahn to join him on the rest of the scheduled dates. |
