Commentuser reports: This is a very interesting show to listen to as Billy Gibbons and Dusty Hill are not playing with original drummer Frank Beard. During this part of the 2002 Euro tour, Frank Beard had to have emergency appendix surgery and recovered very quickly. I'm not sure how many shows Frank missed. This drummer did a super fine job, just perfect in fact. In an odd way, the drums almost seem to be too perfect. Without knowing it, I think most all fans, even diehards would not know that this was not Frank Beard playing. Billy does not say much other than normal (other than some French a few times) between songs and never introduces the band. Billy speaks as much Spanish and French in between songs as he does in English.

This show was obviously indoor with the sound levels about perfect at Le Zenith. It sounds like a smaller venue with perhaps less than 5000 people. The crowd enjoys the show and makes French comments between songs, yet the crowd never overpowers the music in any way.
