The soundcheck featured a rare precursor for a string of live appearances for stage manager Nick Rich. At the end of future hit single "Steal My Kisses", he joined in on the beat-box. During the jam, Ben had a grin on his face and turned around in his chair. He also botched a lyric and had to re-start the verse. Practice makes perfect, however. The song wouldn't see the light of day until the album was released in September two months later.
