Tech Note | From the Athens Banner-Herald: "Jerry DeHart, owner of the Athens Music Factory downtown, would bet his money on it. Friday, AMF will host a CD release party for Athens musician Rick Fowler (best known for his fluid guitar and his benefit work for the Tourette Syndrome Association, Georgia Chapter). Because the event falls on the anniversary of Lennon's death, DeHart and Fowler decided to turn the show into a celebration for the release of Fowler's ''Welcome Companions'' Tourette Syndrome Benefit CD, coupled with a tribute to John Lennon featuring some longtime Athens rockers, including members of Hayride, Jackpot City, Widespread Panic and Porn Orchard, as well as guest musicians featured on ''Welcome Companions.''
