| Note | A classic early show. Opens with the first over Granny (unfortunately the hilarious Davespeak preceding it is missing), which skips a little. I'll Back You Up is next, just Dave & Peter, and let me say that Peter adds some beautiful piano to that song. One of the best IBYU's I've ever heard. Also has an early Halloween, and an unfortunately short Lie In Our Graves (under 4 minutes, no middle jam). Granny is played again to open the second set and once again skips a bit but not too much. Angel From Montgomery is incredible, the piano adds so much to that song as well. There's a great jam during Me & Julio, and the 2 Step Latin jam is sweet with some awesome Dave scatting. And Peter steals the night some more towards the end with a sweet harmonica solo to open So Much To Say. Definitely Peter's show here and definitely a classic. |
