| Note | I have acquired the Guns N Roses Chicago 92 soundboard audio discs that
were created from the Pandora Video Collector Series Guns N Roses Chicago 92 DVD. They sound excellent! Much better audio quality than those crappy Chicago CDRs from 95 that are floating around. The DVD's source tape was of unknown but low generation, the master professional recording was stolen from Guns N Roses film crew. No silver CD factory pressed version of the Chicago gig exists. There were problems with the source audio, one channel was stronger than the other, some cracking and distortion was caused by high frequencies, among a few other flaws. Thankfully, the great Limulus eliminated the main glitches. Limulus was also responsible for securing the Chicago DVD wave files. I'm just the guy who will be posting them on usenet. I will post 1 disc a day over 3 days starting on Monday December 9, 2002. Help each other with reposts, as I won't have time to fill requests. Get ready to rock, and death to false GN'R! Seems that false GN'R has just died! Thank god! Don't know how much more of that bad joke I could take! |
