| Note | All of these are Pigpen's solo numbers...very nice, bluesy folk stuff here. I wonder if an actual album was considered? Jerry used to say that Pigpen at his best was him alone with an acoustic guitar. Hearing this disc, it's easy to see why Jerry said that. Has some filler of Pig's last known songs from March of 1973,as well as a song with Jorma from 1964. The quality varies throughout, ranging from ok to very bad, but it's the best we're going to find! |
