This is recorded from one of the boxes, on the left hand side of the RFH. It has a somewhat floaty and distant quality, but then again so did the sound on the night. It's nice to see that Joanna mixed the setlist up quite a bit for those fans (not me) who went to both nights. I prefer the look of Tuesday's setlist (recorded by Ray and uploaded here at Dime too). Joanna supported Roy Harper on both nights. I'm afraid I didn't record him. 

I have boosted the left hand channel, and I also gently shushed some of the louder crowd responses. Otherwise, this is all as is. Please enjoy the presentation!

Wavelab was used to smoothly bed down the audience noise between songs and to do the main fade. Izotope Rx was used to resample and dither to 44.1/16.

Nice clear recording of a fine gig in front of a quiet audience. Unfortunately, it's a bit too long to fit on one audio cd even if you edit out most of the chat between songs.

The 48/24 DVD-A version sounds great. I won't be torrenting this but, as ever, am always open to trades.

Speaking of which - if the person who got in touch with me via Etree about trading for a Cherry Ghost recording in Manchester is reading this, please get in touch again - I accidentally lost your email and contact details.
