This is from MTV Latin's Miami Studios. It was intended to promote the band's upcoming shows in Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. The Mexico City and Argentina shows were subsequently canceled due to the death of Carter's mother. 

This show features some songs full band acoustic songs recorded for this telecast.

Much of the talking is in Spanish, but the interviewer also asks Dave some questions in English.

The acoustic Crush is really sweet to hear. That alone makes this one worth getting.

These rare older shows have been collected and converted through a collaborative effort to get them into circulation. Sometimes these shows do not have the best sound quality (and maybe that's why they aren't circulated much to begin with), but people should have access to them.
